Glendale is Taken over by GSF, Singapore, Glendale Old management is good train teachers and focus on student's 360 degree personality growth along with studies.

Dislikes

New Management cancelled all training programs and old management systems and major focus is only on cost cuttings, and profit-making. They are making moves so that experienced and high-paid teachers will move out of the organisation. and the new management is making policies so that the people those who are leaving the organisationwill not get any money-related benefits they don't pay caution deposit they don't pay gratuity asking employees to pay back to the organization....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
