Only one suggestion don't join on offroll so there is no growth and opportunity, other perks to offroll employees. GSK very good company if you are in onroll position best work life, lots of perks, growth.

Dislikes

Training & development from B school managers is not up-to the mark, Partiality to choose people for provide training, Salary appraisal process is not as competitive as industry.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
