Great place to work. Organization created a culture of unbossed which is good we can openly share our ideas with any one. Gsk follows respect for people so colleagues are always polite . GSK always gives first priority to quality products. I felt the procedures are lengthy to follow which needs improvement.

Dislikes

Procedures are lengthy & people who has a communication skills will grow faster but who's has low in communication will not be having growth. Not only GSK all the organisation's need to undestand that english is just a language but not knowledge.

Team mates and co work level management is good for easy work life..there are lot of training modules in quater, job security is good unless we do any blunder mistakes, time period growth can be expected with 100% but based on our performance, salary structure is good but in hand salary is less due to more saving schemes.Period wise tours for team building etc are well organised

Only few person should handle the things they are ground to medium level workers and total management is depending on them...work pressure to down works ..

I liked the challenging projects where there is a lot of learning opportunity and Raj khemani's leadership.

There is no worklife balance, I have to give alot of justification to my reporting manager to take my own leaves. The HPP program, the organization change where our counter parts/colleagues lost their jobs, May be its too early to the new joiners who had joined just a year ago and would have lost their jobs...
