Overall average company to work in. If you are posted in Head Office then its ok. If you're posted at site then I wont recommend anyone to join.

Dislikes

Dont expect that there will be any kind of growth. Only growth will be in terms of workload. They'll rather hire new employees instead of giving you a raise. I was stalled by the management for over 1.5 years in terms of salary raise.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
