Other icu for critical care therapist is good respect and security

Some icu there is irrespective for critical care therapist and senior toughest is there like some department also showing seniority and there no security of job it looks 6 years for confirmation and dependent and in this 6 years of promotion salary will blocked for 3 months it makes me financially unstable
