Everything, I am a Mechanical Engineer but they were giving me the work which even an uneducated person could do. They were not treating me with respect. I had to stand for hours because there were no stool to sit on. Safety is poor. Some of my colleagues were injured doing the work. Supervisors were the rudest of all. They were forcing us to do 12 hours of work in a shift. Don’t join GKN

There is big difference between shift supervisor and GET payment and facilities provided by company no training to supervise and no growth to shift supervisor no management don't think about shift supervisor all work carried out by shift supervisor ang GET are engaged on phones
