Engineering gives you a good opportunity to work closely with customer's. This is the best part. Also technology/business oriented practices are better. Get to know all the people and work with them if you are in Engineering function. Also the food is good.

Dislikes

No clarity on job profiles. No work life balance. If you work 12hrs still it will be less because half of the time you have to please others to do there own work. People here do not take ownership of what they do and have a lethargic behaviour.
