Everything about GIMSR is pathetic. No proper protocols. A lot of abuse in the department. The Pro VC is biased and not judgemental ability. There is no quality of work . No ethics. The students don't have learning attitude and the worst of all it is very much encouraged by the management. This is not how an educational institute works.

Disjointed hierarchy and lack of proper organogram makes it difficult to approach the right person for a job. Thinking out of the box is not taken very well by seniors and rigidity in trying new methods hampers implementation of new ideas. Academic degrees are given precedence over knowledge and experience.
