We celebrate Women's Day, Engineer's Day, Boss Day. and also special patriotic days like Independence Day, Republic Day, and Kannada Rajyotsava Day. We don't just work here; we relish every moment, which could be one of many choose to stay with the company for long.

Happy to say that we are given comprehensive health insurance benefits here. I consider it a big relief, especially in these times when health has become a major concern. The group Medi-claim coverage policy and other health insurance facilities provided by the company ensure that every employee and their dependents are well taken care of. I have worked for the company for the past 4 years; I have always felt secure and valued in my role. From my personal experience, I would say, if you wish to stay working here for long, then know that performance is the sole criterion for progression. Hard work and dedication are recognized and rewarded by the superiors.

We are allowed to bring our family members to attend company events, also on weekends. This let us know each other's families better. Many times, I have brought my kids to the office. Loved this sort of culture.

I am happy that I no longer have to wait for my salary. It was my situation in my earlier organization where I used to work, but since I joined this company my salary is always on time
