Being a women myself, I am working here on a designed role and so can say that company places high regards and respects its women employees. I feel working here. I even don't mind working late hours, but never had to stay working that late post the standard shift. I am happy that I no longer have to wait for my salary. It was my situation in my earlier organization where I used to work, but since I joined this company my salary is always on time
