If we talk about the job security it is good, as its an operation & maintenance company in Teesta Stage - III, Govt of Sikkim Enterprises. However since three and half years i have been working here, I didn't see any good opportunity for local employees here, despite of fulfilling every responsibility. As far as the company policies are concerned few are very impressive.

Dislikes

Salaries are very poor as per the job responsibilities given to us. Nepotism is quietly encourage in this organisation and work culture is hugely impacted with this.

Work Details

Being an HR Executive I am looking after all the affairs of HR and Admin related works here. Like - Scrutinizing daily attendance, Labour management, Liaison with Govt Departments and Local Panchayats with public, Housekeeping, Arrangements of vehicles.
