Overall very bad politics in this company, There is no job security as well as higher level all the employees are only playing politics against all senior and junior staffs they all are not cooperative. Owner twice visit in a week to only meet with Vice president. Illiterate candidates are on higher positions. Overall bad experience I've in this company. Thank you

Compensation is decent but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high . mostly ,I have to work 11-12 hours straight in a day .my partner did not support me in any work .so I have planned to leave a job . My salary is very low label to other people.
