In this Company the staff is completely Good everyone is Frank 😀. There is No work pressure!

Promotion and increment are not be Good , canteen is not be Good condition.

Overall very bad politics in this company, There is no job security as well as higher level all the employees are only playing politics against all senior and junior staffs they all are not cooperative. Owner twice visit in a week to only meet with Vice president. Illiterate candidates are on higher positions. Overall bad experience I've in this company. Thank you

Owner (Promoter ) shoud not leave company on the shoulder of ONLY their professionals , this is ceating Burocrasy in organisation. They should them self visit company or depute some corporate advisors fortenighly to meet each & eavry employee .

I liked that; this job taught me if I will go to another platform how would I need to work such diligently, This textile industry are basics about to improve ourselves.

The lots of working load are here because every tests should be done each single day, and register entry work too also every concepts must be clear besides my microbiology field.
