Likes

The management has an encouraging attitude and they put a lot of effort in training staff. While there is some politics between coworkers but overall the environment is good and with good career growth opportunities. Also, they pay you better than the market.

Dislikes

They are strict towards following systems and protocols which are defined in the organization. The reporting time is fixed and you need to arrive before 9.45 am
