Coworkers were friendly

As they have already terminate me from the company, with their excuses reasons, during the time of lockdown only, on the month of march we worked till 21st march after that it was total lockdown, then on May 2020 they terminate me and after lots of wait they send me around 10 to 11k Money and and the rest money I didnt got, Franklyspeaking we all gone thorough lots of issue during Covid, but I didnt got any support from our senior. As I am in admin and an acting hr post so I have to look after my staffs to feel better but our seniors don't want that. The management has an encouraging attitude and they put a lot of effort in training staff. While there is some politics between coworkers but overall the environment is good and with good career growth opportunities. Also, they pay you better than the market.

Dislikes

They are strict towards following systems and protocols which are defined in the organization. The reporting time is fixed and you need to arrive before 9.45 am
