Through out my career I have gained value experience in our company .I have multi skill in all assembly operations .but our company could not consider as a permanant role for me .iam asking to our management why should you not hiring me? He told your are a degree holder (BCA).they consider as only 10 th and 12 th qualification employee .I don't expect this .i will lost past three years in my life .I have one suggestion for our company .don't play with employees life.if u need a minimum qualification manpower .then why should hire me ? In future kindly told for all new joiners for company rules and regulation. kindly intemate important point .
