Thank you, anonymous Team leader, for understanding that every organization has its own politics (rajniti), which is necessary for growth and achieving milestones. Unfortunately, you seem to engage in politics at a level and standard that irritates and frustrates your bosses. Every boss faces numerous responsibilities and tensions at every level, and it appears that employees like you hinder them from overcoming these challenges. Always remember that employees like you can be a liability and detriment to an organization. When an organization hires someone based on the skillsets listed on their resumes, they expect that the details provided are truthful and that the mentioned skills are possessed. However, when you come on board, your fake resumes and skillsets reveal your intentions and way of working. I could write more on this matter, but I'd rather not invest my precious time in addressing someone like you. Instead, I'll conclude with a piece of advice: Do not waste your time and the time of organizations as you have in the past. If you genuinely aspire to be a good employee, focus on mastering your work and skillset, and refrain from engaging in self-serving politics.
