I wish I could write one positive thing about Gifting Ideas Pvt Ltd

-Stretched working hours -Sometimes you have to work on Sundays too (All Saturdays are anyways working) -They have hire and fire policy -Company is not doing well, out of 4 offices pan India 3 are already shut -If the sale is not coming across they start cutting cost by means of firing people -They ask employees to put their resignations and hold their FNF -To get your experience letter one might have to let go their FNF -If you get confirmed post probation period (which is 6 months) you have to serve 2 months notice which starts only if they (Director of the company not even HR) accepts the resignation. -Practically it is impossible to serve 2 months notice period as your future employer will never wait for 2 months to get you on board -You can only compensate the notice period with money (their way of minting money) to get a resignation letter...Read More
