You get to make your own choices. The upper management team lets you do as you want, as long as it matches company' vision

Dislikes

It's a very favouritism based environment. People who have good relationship with HR, will always be happy (whether they work enough or not). Otherwise the company has a lot to offer in terms of career development.

First of all, you won't be having any work in this company, you'll be paid without doing anything if you have a good relationship with HR. Employees performance is directly proportional to the behaviour with the HR. I was there for some handsome 9month and it was a disastrous experience of my life.
