They have a great work environment. They are considerate of each other's problems. No problem in taking leaves. One of the biggest positives is that they dont micromanage. Managers have great trust on their subordinates. If you are overload with work, you can inform your managers and They will try to manage your workload. Atleast in my team they do. I dont know about other teams.
I didnt learn anything new. I was put into basic data entry tasks although I was skilled in Excel, Sql and Power BI. There is too much of cross-training which i feel is not required so frequently. There are too many meetings and you to update your daily tasks in multiple sheets and task planners.

Initially the role was good and well appreciated.
Too much pressure, zero work life balance. People were being fired on the spot. US stakeholders are just clueless and every leadership was just trying to save their own job by putting employees under the bus. They seem to be reducing workforce in India as well and focusing majorly on US employees.
