Pick up and drop service but you have to wake up everyday like 5am and after work you still don't have time. Poor management Politics and favoritism No work satisfaction Says require graduate or HSC (agree for analytics and testing department) in reality no education require. Seniors don't have manners to talk if they dislike you. Bragging about their work ethics but in real life they don't keep. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> No growth for lab assistant they earn like upto 25k in 4-5 year, in hand 12k also even if you work for year, experience for outside world is not even countable</mark>. Management are excellent no doubt about it they provide us not only job security but given us confidence by taking priority of individual health then created the work environment with safety of all staff with proper social distancing

Dislikes

I think they create more opportunities for employees to excel in there job by empowering them with increasing knowledge with adequate training
