Good for work experience in UK accounting

I will not suggest any experience person to join GI.Fresher can join for core accounting experience,but there is lots of pressure from senior and top management.Forget about any employee benefits.If by chance company gives any benefit they will take back.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. My Fnf salary of 2 month was overdue on 25 April 2022 but company is neglecting emails and calls. Still not got salary after to much of followup and begging.

No support from seniors. Too much overtime without pay. Overload of work and too much pressuring from seniors to complete job.
