Increment, no recognition, no work-life balance, no HR connect if you are outside of head office, terrible people at head office who handles payroll, lacks knowledge of basic process, the managers will not even pay attention to you unless they receive any escalation from you. I am working at gi group for last 3 years . We have collaborative team, opportunities for growth, and flexible work hours. Work load is high however we have balanced work life balance Great company culture.

This is my 2nd company in my professional career but here you can plan everything in advance, no one will disturb you on your planed leave or you are in outstation.

Only part of this company I dislike that in insurance, Gi group covers 1+3 family floater but not covered parents which we can add with additional charge.

Much Overload work, very Low salary, Less knowledgeable seniors, Finance Head not able to differentiate between Cost cutting and Cost Manage ,HR have zero employees walefare program and policy, Management have Zero connection with their employees so they have not at all bother of employees get mental harrasment, Financial harrasment. Worst Management. Avarage 3% overall increment ratio.
