Much Overload work, very Low salary, Less knowledgeable seniors, Finance Head not able to differentiate between Cost cutting and Cost Manage ,HR have zero employees walefare program and policy, Management have Zero connection with their employees so they have not at all bother of employees get mental harrasment, Financial harrasment. Worst Management. Avarage 3% overall increment ratio.
