There are often shortage of logistics and working equipment. Mostly the available ones are at times faulty

Overall, my work under the Ghana health service was a bit challenging since there was at shortage of basic logistics like gloves , syringe and emergency medications. But I will say staff-patient relationship was really cordial

Indiscipline because everyone thinks the work belongs to government. The work pressure is very high. I do not receive appreciation. There is no insurance for workers, no relocation allowance, no support care for children, sometimes no accommodation, no free meals
