The company has stopped providing text books and have warned their employees not to enforce children to buy books. It is making teaching and learning slow

Ghana education service recruits competent and well trained teachers. You have teammates who are ready to achieve goals at the end of every year. You also enjoy excellent working environment.

1. The curriculum of Ghana education service is more of liberal instead of including vocational and technical. 2. Teachers have no voice to share their views. Teacher unions don't who are supposed to be the voice of the poor teacher are clothed with politics and selfish interests.

I think with respect to time there is enough time to rest and prepare for daily work. There's also solid ground for job continuity. SalarI especially are within the average Ghanaian worker.

Dislikes

The major set back is the inadequate supply of relevant materials for teaching and learning. Moreover , there is poor supervision of work by officials and if any do not comment on the good work of hard working but only on the negative. The promotion formate is obsolete and just not appropriate. There is also a huge gap for management to organise in service training for her employees.
