Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

To complete 9 hours you have to work 10 or 11 hours inside your desk. 3. 90 days notice period, No buyout option. 4. Poor WFH policy even they are charging per month 7000 for WFH. 5. Don,t join if you have other option.
