The culture and the work environment of the company is very safe and they are committed to their vision and values which are honesty, loyalty to team performance, trust and excellence. They have zero tolerance and have taken strong actions against team members bullying others, doing office politics, groupism and spoiling work environment. The office culture has become even more clean nowadays and is safe for all members to express, learn and grow. I have never seen such good culture and people in any company . Every work day feels like a new adventure to grow and build better relations with team members. It matters most for me because your work environment is a very important determinant of your success anywhere. I mean, nobody can teach someone basic etiquettes regarding how you should behave when you're working in a professional setting. 3.
