Work from Office (except some circumstance), Below par Appraisal, 9 hours work (minimum), no overtime, no night shift, NO yearly promotion, less holidays and only 6 sick leaves/year. You may get call anytime of day and night outside of your working hours. You will work like a donkey without any recognization. If you work during weekends, you won't be given any extra day off or monetary comp. Stay away from this company if you are joining Support Team (For other departments, work is ok and recognization is given, expect Appraisal is below par). It was good before Covid now they do cost cutting in every section inspite increasing thier revenue. If you have no family, no friends, no social life this company is a tinder or bumble match for you....Read More
