Always pay on time. Nice office. No politics are there in office. Managers is nice. We are working with foreign oil companies for oil drilling process. Doing paperwork using online database and doing analyzation of the datas for creating the reports, then reports is being used by clients for USA process. Working side by side with USA clients is good part. Relationship development is there.

Dislikes

Sometimes office is mainly focusing on work and accuracy. Timings very strict. Office is firing people missing work or poor performance.

Basically the process is for oil companies and you work with the advocates from USA, Philippines office is happening. It is like BPO LPO type company. Report to one or two different managers.

Best thing is the managers. Office has nice location in center of city. Staff is friendly also. When I joined the HR introduced me to the managers and I was placed in the GIS team and received training from GIS expert. We make maps for drilling oil wells. Some of the work is challenging but the managers will help you. Company pays for outings for team building.

Dislikes

Some of the work is very complicated and the deadlines are strict. Serious workers get all the benefits. Only intelligent people can survive in this company.

One of my blunder joining this company. Nothing good at all. People who doesn't have self respect, dignity are eligible to work here.

No compensation at all, never think about growth. Managers in this company are worthless, there are not fit to be office boy in other corporates office. There is no proper location of this company, sometime Chennai, Bangalore, Nepal, Philippines, The owner was kicked out Chennai due to his mischiefs, now he has been kicked out Bangalore too, Now where he is hiding no one knows. Hardly there are only 4 people who are working for this company for more than 5 years. No training will be provided. We process the files for oil companies. Mainly computer work. Sometimes complicated files and making maps for calculating owners. I am learning new processes. Managers will give advancement for smart candidates, but also will teach new skills for average.
