Overall company is good, except some regions

There is no KPI parameters for normal employees, KPI / score only for branches (BMs), in HO KYC dept is not supportive, always not picking calls whenever required. Staffs strength insufficient in KYC dept.

Work pressure is far lesser compared to other broking firms and the managers are also very supportive and gives proper training and gives good support . More over the company leave policy is also good ( only after getting job confirmation NOT IN PROBATION PERIOD )

Charges are everywhere that to higher than other players, only target based mindset nill focus on professional and personal growth, no life other than job targets 3rd party products extra pain which are easy and best excuse to deduct hard earned incentives only Target concentric no job security
