there is not a single thing you will like there , they are holding salaries of their employees they will paid only after approaching Ministry of Labour welfare If anyone who dont know about this will lose their hard earned money

they treat employees with partiality, In they are treating south indian people with rational difference, for south indians the salary will be credited after 2-3 days while for north indians on salary day there is no employee welfare they are paying 300 rs for mobile usage bill but deducting 1000 rs from employee salaryfor office use company has to pay the bill but here yu have to pay 1000 rs from your salary against<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> 299 mobile plan alloted to you advice to management if you dont want to support </mark>south indians why are you hiring and wasting their careers there will be no leaves for south indian festivals also , during north indian festivals north people will avail leave but south indians has to work, for south indian festivals also south indians have to work this kind of rational behaviour adopted by management...Read More

Only the colleagues of this company are good because not even single person likes the behaviour of MD of this company so that's the common in every person who works here...

The whole management is only controlled by one person which is MD and he is very selfish person, there is fixed time for come here but there is no fixed time to go home from there... They tell you the job is 10:00 to 6:00 but it's actually 7:00,7:30,7:45,8:00,9:00 or even 12:00am so jus t don't believe them for timing and if you try to leave at 6:30 then the MD himself stop you and tell there is a meeting.... And they also tell you for alternate sat off but when you took off you will be like in eye of MD.. Just don't join this company it's my honest opinion and I don't recommend this company to anyone not even to my enemy......Read More

-Good Technology Products. -Those who want to pursue career in metrology it's a good company to start with. -Management will not fire you unless you resign.

Dislikes

- Expenses take 2 months time to get clear. Lot of complex structure to enter expense data. - Many people will get involved in one project. As a result client gets confused to whom to communicate as a single point of contact.

- Products are very challenging and competitive in the market so you have to keep yourself updated every time. - Being a sales person need to travel a lot for client meetings. - If performed well you will get awarded.

Having the prevelage to do work from home. Co-workers are helpful and supportive in every aspects.

Dislikes

Micro management and hierarchies are only for name sake. All decisions are taken by owners. In covid situation salary cut is about 33%. Expenses are getting cleared very late.
