There is nothing much to like in this company, because just after joining HR will reveal their policy that there will be deduction of 10,000 if you don't complete 1 year. Also there is no mediclaim facility provided from company, they don't even provide proper reimbursements, They don't even encourage field sales, just after joining they would ask for targets from you

All dislikes have been mentioned in the Likes Section, Additional to that if you want your FNF to be settled in a proper way(which is just on paper) you would be asked to provide a video of 45 seconds in which you have to praise a lot about company, then only they will proceed with your FNF. All seniors and colleagues are good and supportive. Company pays salary to his employees on time

As there is no growth and salary scale also not appropriate for the current market. they use old Pf rule on basic only, although basic amount 30 to 35% total CTC.
