My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Just salary on time and recruitment can be learnt.

1. Worst culture in PSS team (especially) 2. The general manager recruitment always interfere in personal life and insult like anything. She can abouse physically also. 3. Worst incentive structure. 4. You will give your everything still you will not get any motivation. 5. Moreover worst place to work in permanent staffing solution team. I will never recommend anyone.
