Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Salary not come on time, every six to eight months management has been changed after that no one see the employee appraisal if company done appraisal to employee get only 2.5% , They don't have money for frontline staff they have money for upper leval staff she give a hefty For one month salary which is have hi change to every six to eight month.
