No salary hikes even if we work for 5 years. No promotion based on performance. Worst management specially. Worst manager and HR team. HR vijay pujari doesn’t care anything about the employees. No complaints are addressed properly. They only favour with the superiors. During my 2.5 yr journey. I learnt alot here. Best thing about the genisys is after working hours you don't need to worry about work apart from that managers and TL are so supportive.

They are not pay enough. Its means you cant compare with product based company hikes.
