Great work culture. Boss is always supportive, and atmosphere is up to the mark. Flexible working hours, paid leave, Good leanings environment, support and guidance from seniors, bonuses, on time salary, Good number of projects. Healthy work environment, Experienced and talented seniors, Management is open to adopt anything good for the company and employees, both. Last two years the approach of the management has positively changed and the have very clear vision.

Dislikes

One month salary as Security Deposit, working on all Saturday ( Except 2nd Saturday) HR policy not compiled and published, no clarity on Gratuity, no policy or steps taken for tax savings scheme.
