The company is good to work with if you are looking for work life balance. Your hard work will be appreciated, but you won't be forced to strech. Good culture as people are open in sharing their know how and learnig.

Dislikes

In general managemant style is haphazard. The management does not seem to have any unified goals and a pathway to achive them. Appraisals are not very great. And with General Motor's grim performace worldwide you never know when they would close this centre !

Its a product developement work, which is quite standardised and mundane. But there are opportunities to apply your innovative mind
