I am a Research Associate and I perform a substantial amount of work. However, the drawback is that my position is limited to a maximum of two years, after which I must seek new employment. Furthermore, there is a lack of appreciation for the tireless efforts put forth by Research Associates, as credit often goes to permanent staff members.

Culture of Nashik plant is worse. forced engineers to work for more than 24 hours continuously sometimes. North indian lobby. Management harasses Marathi staff members. a lot of corruption by senior management at plant. a lot of shouting happens. worst work culture. no good value. they give ppr performance rating to target some employees and ask them to resign. Every year after performance appraisal they terminate services of some employees. No job security. even for trifle mistake they ask employees to resign.
