Culture is 11/10, People are Very HELPFULL 10/10 . Proper traning is given whenever needed. Skill building activities are encouraged . The Company also motivates you and is always behind you 10/10. If you give results ... if you are good at work... you will definetly get promoted. Salary is good they pay well. Have their own CAB facility pickup and drop is availabel from door step. Worklife balance is MAINTAINED but sometimes you have to work when needed. There is substantial gap between what the company projects and what happens in reality at Nashik Plant 1. Hiring is done based on perception of great culture which is limited to the Head office only 2. Plant works with philosophy of extreme Strech and low resourcing 3. High performing employees from good companies come in, experience the toxic culture and exit quickly 4. There is no separation of work and life, as its a 7-day working factory, and the employees are expected to be at office 6 days 5. Routine 24X7 call availability expected 6.
