There is not any job security. Yes there is a great culture but GEs culture give benifits only for GE not for employees. There is a great future for degree lavel jobs but not growth for Diploma employees. Total experience is very bad.. there's not any transperancy between management and L1 lavel employees

They say follow the integrity but management also never following integrity.. I think all rules med for diploma employees and for L1 level employees.
