There is lots of politics and the management doesn't address out issues. The company have no value of their employees. The just want the labour's who can do any work for them. The managers are also not supportive at all. Our senior wants that we should leave this company very soon. The senior also doesn't co-operate with trainess. Sometimes the food was also one day old that gave to us. Yes this company is good at everything but, If any company doesn't treat their employees properly then they have no rights to win any reward or award....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
