Its been 3 years and so satisfied with the work environment & keep learning everyday, end of the day your been recognized for your work which gives Job satisfaction.

Dislikes

Due to corona we are not able to provide or avail all school facilities that's my only disappointment. :(

All gymnastics Appratus is available but just to show. They never tried to give flexibility to develop students talent. After requesting many times. But sometimes vice principal was good in nature with teacher with their personal problems which is good thing

Poor management, lack of planning, more emphasis on show off than actual work,no value or regard of teachers.

Totally Imbalanced. Teachers have to work till late night to complete the unplanned tasks given by the senior leadership team. It's total kios there.
