Providing all facilities regarding teaching

Dislikes

Too much spoon feeding in lower class. Too much politics. Teacher retention is quite low. strict timings . Also this summer vacation teacher has to come to school for half summer vacation.

There is nothing to like really.

Dislikes

Has no respect for its staff. They force teachers to resign just so they don't have to give their security money. They prefer losing such experienced teachers forever than giving them 1 month leave for genuine reasons that they already approved months ago providing the NOC. No wonder you can never give good results and can never compare to Woodlands. You reap what you sow Mr. Vatsal.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I am feeling better than other schools working in GEMS Cambridge International School. They supported well during lockdown period in the bases of salary or finance management.
