I am working here since 2015. I am happy with the school management policies. We share a very healthy work culture among the faculty members, coordinators, and the management.

Skilled staff, good behaviour of management, beautiful campus, transport, apparently less working hours, adequate leaves

Dislikes

Unrealistic management policies,head heavy structure,no growth,no increment,biased attitude towards staff, buttering is appreciated not hardwork. Getting dues cleared post leaving the organisation is next to impossible.Your job is secured if you focus on office politics and buttering instead of working.
