Job Security is awesome, Senior Management having believe in you. Work Culture is very streamline every employee is having set KRAs. Management is very humble and down to earth. HR Policies related to leaves, Salary are very ethical.

The Work Culture if Geetanjali Homestate which I found is better than many organisations, I love the environment here and if I talk about the work life balance is so elegant with flexible working hours.
