Worst company ever... The upper management is completely disaster.. if they decide to target you then all upper management will come as a team and every one will attack on same time with one issue after second and so on.. I request to change my process in May and fight but the management was powerful they tortured me in that level... finally I resigned... Because the HR. Director, VP everyone was in opposite team.. and senior team leader grabbed my hand in front of everyone and I complaint about that but no action were took by HR and after that as well the management putted many false accusations on me so company will kick me out but still I gave justification for each and everything... Bt HR was also included in Management side... Management threatened me to accept false allegations and you will lose if you don't accept and so on.. Even I fell down in the office, my bp was low, due to job tension and office stress there was nosal bleeding... My nose were bleeding in office but stil there were no any action on the management... Nothing I Liked about Gebbs There head employees behave like they are the CEO or Chairman of the Company. An Associate are there servants like begging for there Rights or for Salary & no growth nothing. There is no proper security for womens specially ,management is very bad 😔 and about company policy.They don't have sympathy against their associate even if they are in bad condition.if associate failed in there assessment and if associate resigned company put in attrition against them.company only think of higher level people.evn there a scenerio where people been forced to resign during pandemic without informing and they file complaint. But most of them left because they didn't felt secure to work for such organization last but not least I share my scenario I was in training And shockingly I come to knw the employee who was traveling with me was positive and later I was diagnosed with COVID 19 because company didn't took the proper measure for their employees. And because of the poor management I had to suffer & I was quarantine when I was in training Nd no benefits or support been provided to me even Salary had not been credited to my salary account for my help So I felt not worth at all working for such organization where No support been provided when actually needed so they put me in Attrition even I had given resignation even Tl didn't told me anything about the company policy about Resignation and later some of my friend told I had been put in attrition. Salary at the end of month and rule and regulations of the company is good but only on paper never seeing implementation of the rules on floor.
Everything is dislike if you join gebbs you will feel you are slave for them your salary will be 10000 and they exploit you every day every time don't believe me just join gebbs as fresher and after one month in operations share you feedback.

Gebbs offers excellent job security and also upskilling. Having been working in the training department i have closely seen this and have been part of various discussions where the employees were given multiple chances to improve after their several failures.
It's just manual job a lot, automation is negligible. Adapting to change is very hard for Gebbs. At Gebbs even if some changes are to be brought it, it will take it's own time.

I have been working in this company from past 2 1/2 years, and I have no good experience working with them, specially my tears in my managers are the worst to get engaged with. However, I will say HR also Supports TL and managers, but not normal associates.
I don’t know where to start about the dislikes I have regarding this company. Everything about this company is such a worst thing. I would never recommend anyone to work in this organisation.

Management , if you are a fresher please don't join this company it pays 10,700 rupees to freshers which is way below our states minimum wages, if by chance your process enables you to earn good incentives than its fine, my process was tough, they hired a ton of freshers and after the 2 months of training all were fired sighting targets not met, main management issue was that they didn't have well trained training staff, employees who joined 6 months prior to me were on full time training but as they lacked experience to handle literally 50 guys at once they were unable to provide the guidance that needed and what the worst part is they don't give increments to the poor guys who train other but haven't completed a year, they increase your work but what about the salary, there was no correct way to do the work everyone has different ways , I asked a trainer what to do, they gave me the answer and then the management says it wrong work ,well when when I am asking you,you pointing me towards trainers and when they tell me to do something you are yelling at me. There is alot of unpaid overtime during training,even after training if you want to achieve your target you have to wait atleast 2 hours extra to get the job done , the payment for overtime is 100 rupees per hour and if you fail to hit the target they bring you on Saturday, this has to bee illegal, hiring freshers below minimum wages and firing them without proper training, there is alot of politics, all the managers are muslims so there is alot of bias and they only help muslims and womens which reflects on the management staff there is only muslims and womens, you will hardly find other males in proper managerial role...Read More

There are many things about dislike factor. 1. They only said there is no pressure, but all the time TL pressurized to push more production and gave reason that I was told to pressurized by my manager then what can I do? 2. There are multiple politics, TL only gave preferences to the favourite one, Gave easy accounts to work on it.Gave easy accounts in booster plan to achieve good incentives. 3. Salary is very less as comparison to others. Fresh get only 10800 after 3 months they get only 13000, Seriously???? 4. There is 1 carrom in cafeteria, it is always occupied by the TLs, even if they loss the break they don't even get up and gave chance to another person. 5. Transport facilities is pathetic, our shift timing is 6 to 3 but wet got drop around 3:45, 3:50, even sometime 4:00 if no is present after 3:30 they deny to give drop, so we had to wait around 6:00 AM to get the drop. There are many things for dislike but I am busy right now to explain.
