Like every company gebbs also have partiality towards (AR) if you are good enough with TL then there is growth or your planning to leave company for better opportunity then you get higher post from ar to Sr ar. It should be completely monitered ang giving according to your performance. Completing 1 year with gebbs family I feel like continuing but sometimes no. maintaining p4 and p5 rank since the day I'm into floor without anyone support or working on easy inventory like other users which provided personally by leads or line trainer to them. No worries life is full of challenges and hard time patience is all you need. Like and old wise man said complete and work for yourself as hard as you can. Success will come by own.....Read More

Sometime like I don't feel like I'm working. I feel like I'm in school when you working from office working on floor is like you have to ask permission for break can't exceed even after asking prior leaves are not approved till last moment..
