We have to be on system for 7.55Hrs. We have to come down for dinner from 3rd floor or 4th floor. No stairs to come down. We have to wait in cafeteria for seats. Few managers don't know how to talk with their subordinates. Example - Feroz

Salary at the end of month and rule and regulations of the company is good but only on paper never seeing implementation of the rules on floor.

Everything is dislike if you join gebbs you will feel you are slave for them your salary will be 10000 and they exploit you every day every time don't believe me just join gebbs as fresher and after one month in operations share you feedback.

Gebbs offers excellent job security and also upskilling. Having been working in the training department i have closely seen this and have been part of various discussions where the employees were given multiple chances to improve after their several failures.

Dislikes

It's just manual job a lot, automation is negligible. Adapting to change is very hard for Gebbs. At Gebbs even if some changes are to be brought it, it will take it's own time.

Worst working environment. Not safe for girls. Seniors are misbehaving with girls and shut them because they are seniors. So much work pressure. No respect is given by seniors to coders. they are using abusing words in meetings. Only politics is going on in the name of policies. There policies are changing by their comfort only. I have been working in this company from past 2 1/2 years, and I have no good experience working with them, specially my tears in my managers are the worst to get engaged with. However, I will say HR also Supports TL and managers, but not normal associates.

I don’t know where to start about the dislikes I have regarding this company. Everything about this company is such a worst thing. I would never recommend anyone to work in this organisation.
