GeBBS has shown exponentially awesome growth recently and is potentially leader in the sector. With +7k employees across all locations the company will continue to be a beacon of light. If you are talented and looking for a stable career in medical billing RCM industry GeBBS is your destination.

Dislikes

The one thing I disapprove & don't support at GeBBS is the huge compensation variations. There seems to be unequal distribution of salary distribution across grades/bands. Often subordinates specially those from outside states are paid higher. For example I'm a Grade 3 assistant manager & there are some folks reporting to me drawinghigher salary than mine. This is prevalent across all grades. The worst affected are internally grown TL's....Read More

Work Details

Overall its relaxed, yet there are day-to-day challenges. I often end up doing more than my position demands and have set a 18 month promotion target.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
